Telikom PNG extends 3G/4G Network in the Highlands

TELIKOM PNG is conducting a swap exercise for its customers in Mt Hagen and Kundiawa to switch to the company’s 3G/4G network service.
The exercise involves sales teams assisting active CDMA customers in getting their devices and SIMs swapped for a SIM and handset compatible with the 3G/4G network service.
Telikom PNG national business development manager Bill Wartovo said the exercise would progress to other Highlands centres.
“We have commenced our 3G/4G rollout in the highlands to include Mt Hagen and Kundiawa in Chimbu. I am sure we have excited customers in these centres that will get a taste of a real LTE network,” Wartovo said.
