Hela Province Scholarship Website and Application forms

As it was in the news "The era of filling out forms and hand delivery or postal delivery has ended and the world had moved into the new technology age where you can do everything with just a click as long as you have data connection.
The digital revolution has changed the former way of doing things manually to doing things digitally and the Hela people are going digital with the rest of the world as their government under the leadership of the honorable Philip Undialu.
The Hela provincial government has given up on the former way of students acquiring a scholarship form from selected outlets, filling in of the forms and then the ordeal of hand delivering or delivery through the post to the mailing address.
Instead, the provincial government has set up a website for Hela students to acquire the application forms and apply for scholarships online.
According to the website, Hela Undialu Education Sponsorship Program, the Sponsorship Program is an initiative of Hela Provincial government under the leadership of Hela Government Philip Undialu and aims to alleviate the burden of school fees faced by Hela province tertiary students and their families.
Meanwhile, the provincial government has also created a Facebook page where students who cannot have access to the website can apply through the facebook page".

Review:
The Hela Scholarship site is designed using free godaddy website builder. The website does not look professional as it is designed using free version of godaddy platform. The website designer should not fool the provincial government and claim huge money from them from this work. A better custom domain and  website host is required. A good theme is also required for this website.

Update!

The website was deleted by the designer, the following URL does not work anymore.
Check out the website here on this link:  https://helaundialueducationsponsorshi.godaddysites.com/

However,  Applications for 2019  can be downloaded here.
