The National Development Bank Limited of Papua New Guinea (NDB-PNG) is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the above position.The Senior IT Network Engineer will be responsible for analysing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of NDB network infrastructure and application component. The incumbent will perform a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training of tasks to ensure systems network meets NDB corporate satisfaction.
Qualifications/Experiences and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering or Equivalent
• 5-7 years’ experience big operations with WAN and multi-sites
• Current CCNA and/or CCDA Certification
• Cisco Unified Communication Manager configurations and infrastructure a plus
• Knowledge of VOIP implementation and support
• Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a big environment
• Extensive travel across country away from home
• Exposure to banking environment would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of bank operations and banking regulations.
• Manage multiple tasks at one time and react positively to a changing environment.
