Job: Software Developer

Work in Papua New Guinea in the ICT and Technology Industry. Glory Group of Companies  is engaged in Property Development and Construction and they are seeking qualified candidates for the position of SOFTWARE DEVELOPER.

Job Brief-

They are currently in search of an experienced Software Developer to create and maintain software, in-house hardware and network systems. The successful candidate will help to develop critical products for their clients, and offer excellent technical support.

Goals-

Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle which includes: gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements and creating application system models.

Responsibilities-

  • Develop and implement new software programs
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
  • Design and update software database
  • Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
  • Recommend improvements to existing software programs as deemed necessary

Qualifications-


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required
  • 2+ years’ experience in web and software development
  • Fair knowledge of web technologies
  • Well presented
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and/or under pressure
