Digicel PNG Foundation is looking for Communication and Marketing Manager.
The Role
The Communications and Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Foundations Communications strategy and the development of a range of online-and off-line communications content to promote the work of Digicel PNG Foundation. This role reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position Digicel Foundation to key stakeholders and the general public;
Manage all social media platforms of Digicel Foundation and feed regular content;
Manage relationship with all major media outlets and partners to ensure Foundation stories are adequately covered on all mainstream media platforms
Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure programme milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance of Digicel branding guidelines on all Foundation communications and marketing products.
Support the Program Team to organize major events on the Foundation Calendar
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
5 years’ experience in a similar role
Degree qualification desirable (preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders;
Excellent project management skills
Experience in measuring the impact of communications products and changing strategies as a result of the findings
Proficient in the use of IT Systems including Microsoft Office packages (desirable to have knowledge in using InDesign and other similar software)
