Graduate Engineers Billing - Prepaid
The Graduate Engineer Billing— Prepaid will provide support and expertise to effectively carry out the functions of the department with the aim of achieving KPI's for the entire Network Operations Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support
- Provide On Call Support on a Roster basis and as and when required during any major system outage or failure
- Performing routine system checks and maintenance confirming adherence to required standards
- Provide reports of varying kinds to the business
- Be required to develop software to improve business processes using suitable Software Development Technique
- Identify areas of improvement in the processes and procedures within the department
Job Requirements:
- Requirements (Education, Experience and Key Competencies)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Networking/Telecommunications/Computing Science/Information Systems/Electronics/Engineering or related discipline
- Applicants must be a self-starter and have good command of English both written and verbal skills
- Good understanding of Programming Languages mostly,Java, C++,PHP,JSP
- Knowledge of Oracle DB Systems/ MySQL/ PLSQL
- Strong analytical capability and have a passion for excellence
- Be self-directed and have excellent initiative
- Committed, creative, articulate, detailed, meticulous and organized.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Solution thinker with demonstrated problem solving ability
