Today we are going to learn how to turn your Huawei phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot so that you can share your phone's internet connection with other devices via Wi-Fi. To use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot, you need to set up your phone for internet.
Here are the steps to turn your Huawei phones as wifi hotspot.
Step 1. Find "Personal hotspot" . Press Settings icon on your Who are way phone homescreen
Step 2. In the next screen, Press Wireless & networks.
Step 3. Now Press Personal hotspot.
Step 4. Here you need to Select Wi-Fi hotspot settings : Press Device name.
Step 5. In the next settings, Enter the the required Wi-Fi hotspot name you want to use and press SAVE.
Step 6. Press Password and enter the required password you want to use. The password prevents others from accessing your Wi-Fi hotspot without your approval.
Step 7. on the next screen settings, Press SAVE.
Step 8. Now its time to Turn on Wi-Fi hotspot on your phone : Press the indicator next to "Personal hotspot" to turn on the function.
Step 9 . after that , Return to the home screen : Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Step 10. Establish connection to Wi-Fi hotspot from another device :
Now use other Device to connect to your phone
Step 11. Turn on Wi-Fi on the other device.
Step 12. Find the list of available Wi-Fi networks and select your own Wi-Fi hotspot, the name you gave in step 5 will appear.
Step 13. Enter the password for your Wi-Fi hotspot that you set up in step 6 and establish the connection.
Step 14. When the connection is established, you can access the internet from the other device.
Step 15. Click Connect to activate your wifi hotspot connections
