The National Development Bank (NDB) is seeking a qualified and results-driven ICT Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our ICT infrastructure and support our ongoing digital transformation. This role plays a vital part in ensuring system performance, security, and reliability across all NDB branches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ICT operational planning, resource allocation, and project delivery
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and support of ICT systems and networks
• Ensure efficient use of ICT resources and manage vendor relationships
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to enhance system performance
• Manage and support ICT staff, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT operations or network management
• Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware, and operating systems
• Proven experience in ICT infrastructure planning and project management
• Extensive banking systems and application support experience (SQL, Crystal Reporting)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
