About the Graduate Programme
The Information Technology Graduate Programme is a structured, one-year development opportunity designed to equip a graduate with practical IT experience and professional skills. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to different areas of information technology, and contribute to technology solutions that support the Group’s business operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be in the final year of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems, with a GPA of 3.0 or equivalent and above.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel functions.
- Previous professional experience through casual employment or internships, or demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities, will be an advantage.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a proactive team player who is flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities when required.
- Must demonstrate analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must show confidence, resilience and a willingness to learn from new challenges and constructive feedback.
