PNG Customs Website focuses on improving services

The Papua New Guinea Customs Services has  redesigned  its website with the aims to improve business processes, says Chief Commissioner Ray Paul.
Paul said that website was another tool that could be used to market the organisation.
“We believe that through this website, you can be able to learn more about us,” he said.
“It goes for both internal and external stakeholders.”
Paul said the website would contain “vital information on business processes, requirements and services to enable them to do their business in PNG with ease”.
He encouraged the public and stakeholders to make use of this tool to obtain the information they required.
“This means if you do not know about the business, don’t call us directly, consult the website,” Paul said.
“If you think that the website is not answering your question enough, that’s when you call us.”
