Twivery Lawyers are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide support and help desk functions their office at 2 Mile. You will be providing support across server/network, desktops, peripherals and internal systems. In addition, you will be required to assist the Accountant with some entry work.
Essential
• Qualification in Information and Communications Technology
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in general IT support
• Demonstrates initiative with problem solving and shows sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
• Full understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office 365
• Ensuring server backups are up to date
• Set up iOS devices
• Mail server support
• Managing licencing, updates and virus protection
• A current driver’s licence would be an advantage
