Bmobile extends Special weekend 5G data plan due to popular demand

THE bmobile weekend data plan launched last week to coincide with the country’s Independence anniversary long weekend has been extended for a limited time due to its popularity.
The telecommunication’s company said in a statement that the 5GB K25 plan was initially valid from Saturday (Sept 14) to Monday (Sept 16), however, due to its popularity, the company had decided to extend the special offer.
“There is currently no other mobile data plan of its kind available in the market in terms of value and price,” the company said in a release.
“The plan is targeted at those that have a limited budget but are high data users and enjoy playing online games, watching Netflix or YouTube videos.
“The best part is that there is no limit on how many times one can subscribe to the plan and any leftover data will roll-over to the next weekend as long as the subscription has not gone through 48 weekend hours.
For example – if you subscribe at 10pm on Sunday, you would have only used up two weekend hours, the remaining 46 hours will be available for you to use up on the following weekend. Any data left over after 48 weekend hours will be forfeited.”
Customers can subscribe to the plan any day of the week but will only be able to use it during the weekend (12 midnight Saturday – 11:59pm Sunday). Customers can check their balance by dialling *120# to ensure that they make use of the data before their plan expires.
To subscribe to the weekend data plan dial *777#.
