How to do Password Protected Private Printing with Toshiba eStudio

One feature that a Toshiba Multifunction printers has is called “Private Printing“. It allows the user to print confidential materials with the use of a password. The print job will not print until the user encodes the print job password at the printer.

The process involves selecting the “private print” on the print job type and assigning a password on the printer properties before printing.

Last step is, user will go to the print function of the printer. Select Private print. Click on the document, encode the password. Then hit the print button.
