About the Steamships Graduate Development Program
The 2022 GDP attracts, develops, and retains future business leaders to Steamships, with mindsets of innovation and valour.
- The 2022 GDP will offer graduates exposure to:
- a range of opportunities to assist their professional development
- structured classroom sessions led by experienced trainers for soft skill development
- training to equip project involvement
- balancing projects and daily department taskings
- lots of support including online connection with Steamships GDP alumni and other graduates on the program
- quarterly meet & greet events to link in person with other leaders outside of the company to grow professional networks.
Eligibility criteria:
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or above in an Information & Communication Technology degree (as demonstrated in your most recent academic transcript)
- Are in the final year of study or have graduated within the last 2 years
- Have a strong desire to learn and develop in their career
- Are motivated and able to work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment; and
- Are passionate to be a part of a 100-year legacy of community work, business, growth and sustainability in Papua New Guinea.
