MEMBER SERVICE OFFICER – MAPRIK BRANCH

We are currently seeking to recruit suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals for the position of Member Service Officer in our Maprik branch office. The Member Service Officer will be required to provide an effective delivery of service to our members.
The incumbent will report directly to Member Service Supervisor – Maprik and will be responsible for the following key responsibilities;
- Ensuring that all member queries are attended to promptly
- Checking /screening & processing of applications
- Attending to members’ queries by phone, over the counter and via email
- Maintaining close relationships with Stakeholders
- Ensure that relevant compliance obligations are met
- Adhere to OH&S obligations and ensure a safe working environment
- Ensure behaviour is in accordance with the expected output of each of the values of Nambawan Super ( Service Excellence, Collaboration, Openness, Trust, Innovation)
We are looking for someone who has;
- Minimum of Diploma in Management, Finance and Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years in similar role.
- Must possess sufficient know-how on Frontline experience, Customer Service, Administration, Superannuation and the willingness to learn.
- Strong Communicator, both written & verbal.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- A self-starter and can work under minimum supervision.
- Result driven and pays attention to detail.
