We are now inviting applications from recent graduates that are seeking an opportunity to be part of our organization. The Graduate Trainee program is designed to develop talent and produce leaders and managers to support the business meet the challenges of tomorrow.
As part of the program, you will learn about the telecommunications industry, technology, finance, sales, customer service, account management and develop your leadership abilities and management skills. We will help you explore your capabilities and stimulate your thinking to foster innovative ideas and solutions. You will undergo extensive training and gain experience in various fields and functions. You will also be part of many cross-functional teams and projects to get a thorough understanding of the entire business to become a business manager with functional expertise.
To be eligible you must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Business Studies, Management, or Marketing
- Have a good GPA
- Be a self-starter and demonstrate strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative, innovative, be “on the go”, possess organizational skills and willing to learn
- Be technology savvy and have a passion for excellence;
- Be a team player and have the desire to succeed
