#PNGTECHNEW : Bank South Pacific (BSP) has announced a significant update for its SMS alert system targeting Digicel customers. Effective from Friday, 22nd November 2024, at 9:00 PM, all BSP SMS alerts will now display the sender name as “BSP” instead of the current “+131.”
The change is aimed at enhancing the clarity and authenticity of communication between BSP and its customers. By standardizing the sender name to "BSP," the bank intends to simplify the identification of official messages, reducing confusion and improving user experience for Digicel subscribers.
This update is exclusively applicable to Digicel customers, ensuring that they can easily recognize messages from the bank. BSP advises all its users to take note of this change to avoid any misunderstanding when receiving SMS alerts.
For further inquiries or assistance, BSP encourages customers to contact their customer service team.
