Steps to Use Wantok Wallet

1. Activating Wantok Wallet

Option 1: Self-Registration

  1. Dial *131# on your mobile phone.
  2. Select "Yes" to sign up.
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Enter your details (First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number).
  5. Confirm the registration and close the session.
  6. Dial *131# again and set up your PIN.

Option 2: Activation via Agent/Sub-branch

  • Visit a BSP Agent or Sub-branch.
  • The agent will assist with your Wantok Wallet registration.

Option 3: By Invitation

  • A sender transfers funds to your mobile number via BSP Mobile Banking or their Wantok Wallet.
  • You receive an SMS notification.
  • Dial *131# and follow the prompts to activate your Wantok Wallet.

2. Depositing Money (Cash-In)

  • Visit a BSP Agent or ATM.
  • Provide your Wantok Wallet details.
  • Hand over the cash, and the agent deposits it into your wallet.
  • Receive an SMS confirmation of the deposit.

3. Withdrawing Money (Cash-Out)

At an Agent or ATM:

  1. Dial *131# and enter your PIN.
  2. Select "Wallet Cash In/Out" from the menu.
  3. Choose "Yes" to generate a withdrawal code.
  4. Show the code to the BSP Agent or use it at an ATM to withdraw cash.

4. Sending Money (Funds Transfer)

Dial *131# and enter your PIN.

  1. Select "Funds Transfer" from the main menu.
  2. Choose "Wantok Wallet."
  3. Select your wallet to transfer from.
  4. Enter the recipient’s details (Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number).
  5. Enter the amount and a description.
  6. Confirm the transaction.

5. Checking Your Balance

  • Dial *131# and enter your PIN.
  • Select "Account Enquiry" to check your Wantok Wallet balance.

6. Making Payments & Top-Ups

  • Dial *131# and enter your PIN.
  • Select "Payments" to pay for services.
  • Select "Top-Up Services" to recharge your mobile phone.

7. Resetting Your PIN

Contact BSP Customer Call Centre at (+675) 7030 1212 or 320 1212.

Follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
