BSP Financial Group Limited has issued a warning to its customers regarding a fake cash gift promotion that is currently being circulated online. The fraudulent scheme promises free money in exchange for answering a few questions, but the bank has confirmed it is a scam designed to steal personal and financial information.
BSP has urged customers to remain cautious and avoid sharing any personal or banking details through suspicious links or websites. The bank emphasized that these links are malicious and intended to deceive customers.
Customers are strongly advised not to click on any links associated with the scam, not to enter their login details, and to immediately delete such messages. BSP reminded the public to only access its official platforms, including its website www.bsp.com.pg
, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, branches, and verified social media pages.
The bank further highlighted that it will never request login credentials via email, SMS, or through unofficial websites. Customers who encounter suspicious activity are encouraged to report it directly to BSP by emailing BSPHoax@bsp.com.pg

BSP urged all customers to remain vigilant against phishing scams and to ensure that all transactions are carried out through official BSP channels only.
