The relocation within the same floor comes with enhancements designed to provide a more streamlined and dedicated environment for everyday banking needs. Customers visiting the centre can now expect a more convenient setup tailored to handle routine transactions efficiently.

The Digital Hub will be open from 9am to 3pm, delivering services such as account openings, Visa Debit card issuance, and assistance with general banking enquiries. It will also support customers with registration for internet and WhatsApp banking platforms.

In addition, the facility enables customers to apply for personal loans directly, expanding its role beyond basic services into more comprehensive financial support.

Kina Bank Executive General Manager for Business and Retail Banking, Rayeleene Elston, said the hubs are part of the bank’s strategy to reach customers in their everyday environments.

“These hubs are designed to bring banking closer to where our customers live, work and shop. We’re focused on making our services easier to access while helping customers better understand the products available to them,” she said.

Kina Bank currently operates eight other Digital Hubs across PNG, with plans underway to roll out similar upgrades nationwide, reflecting its push to strengthen digital banking access and improve customer experience.
