Bmobile-Vodafone has recently launched a new exciting caller ring back tone service called ‘Beatz’.
The caller ring back tone is the music a caller hears when calling another phone while waiting for that person to answer.
This means Bmobile-Vodafone subscribers can choose what music their friends or families hear when they call them.
Bmobile-Vodafone subscribers can access the Beatz via SMS, using their phone or USSD dialling. It is a simple three steps process to get one by dialling 133 or SMS 133.
The service offers all international songs but in the near future local songs will be put into the system.
Bmobile-Vodafone group chief executive officer Sundar Ramamurthy said the launch of the Beatz caller ring back tone service was part of the company’s plan to provide new and innovative value added service to its customers.
“We have already upgraded our network in Port Moresby, Lae, Nadzab, Mt Hagen, Wewak, Simberi, Lorengau and Lombrum, allowing our subscribers to enjoy 3G+ speeds,” he said. “Other recent value added services are buying power credits, topping up online and balance checks for two superannuation funds.”
Bmobile is a 85 per cent owned by the Papua New Guinea Government and it has embarked on major rehabilitation projects to ensure reliable mobile communication services are given to the people.
Vodafone is one of the world’s largest telecom providers in the world, with 456 million customers and has partnered with Bmobile in PNG and the Solomon Islands to make it one of world’s most progressive mobile service providers. The National
