Thanks to the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology in Papua New Guinea, the country is able to use technology to release the Grade 11 Selection for year 2021 online.
The department of Education through the General Education Services has released the Grade 11 Selection list after a thorough two weeks of selections by National High School and Secondary School principals. The selections were done using a technology as well. According to Education Department, principals were trained to use technology or software application to do the selection. All selections were done online and were conducted in the provinces. The Education Department was able to monitor the selections as they progressed through the online application.
The Cutoff for the Grade 11 Selections have been set at Upper Pass and above in all the subjects studied in Grade 10.
