How to Get started with Mobile Phone Banking

If you are in PNG, you will need a bank account (your local banks like Kina bank, Westpack, BSP -Bank South Pacific).
  • You need to visit your nearest BSP Branch to fill out a form linking your bmobile / Digicel number to your bank account
  • Dial *131#
  • Enter your 16 digit BSP KunduCard number (You can also use other BSP issued debit cards such as BSP SaveCard, BSP Visa, BSP First Platinum Card) ? Create your own new PIN (Do not use the same PIN as your BSP ATM or EFTPOS Card PIN)
What do if your phone/sim card is lost or stolen?
Call your bank, for those doing banking with  BSP Customer Service on 320 1212 to have your mobile banking access stopped immediately.

What happens if I change my number?

You are required to visit your nearest  bank  branch and register your new number.
