Bank South Pacific (BSP) has issued an important notice to its customers regarding updates to its Kundu Card service. The bank clarified recent announcements and outlined changes impacting customers with both Kundu Cards and VISA Debit Cards. The notice is part of BSP’s ongoing efforts to streamline its services and transition customers to more efficient banking solutions.
According to BSP, the cancellation of Kundu Cards for customers who also hold VISA Debit Cards has now been completed. This measure was taken to simplify banking for customers and eliminate redundancy in card ownership. Customers with both types of cards are now exclusively using their VISA Debit Cards.
The bank further announced that Kundu Cards will no longer be supported for customers who hold only this type of card. Instead, these cards will be replaced with VISA Debit Cards unless customers do not meet specific eligibility criteria for the latter. BSP emphasized that this transition is aimed at providing enhanced services through the more versatile VISA Debit Card.
BSP acknowledged that the recent changes might have caused some confusion among customers. The bank apologized for any misunderstandings and assured its customers of their commitment to providing a smooth transition process. The notice also reaffirmed BSP’s gratitude for customers' understanding and cooperation during this period.
Customers are encouraged to contact BSP for further clarification on the updated policy. The bank remains committed to supporting its customers as they adapt to these changes and continues to prioritize efficient and secure banking services.
