We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals for the position of Contact Centre Agents to work for a short-term period of up to three (3) months. The Contact Centre Agents will be manning and ensuring that proper and accurate information and advice is given to all NSL members and calls are attended to at efficient service delivery standards.

The incumbent will report directly to Team Leader Contact Centre and will be responsible for the following key responsibilities;
- Ensuring Customer Centre is manned at all times and all calls are attended to within 3 rings.
- Ensuring that all inbound calls are attended to within 5 minutes.
- Ensure to market NSL products to new members & exiting members.
- Responding to emails daily.
- Assisting with importing of pending documents for benefits payments.
- Attending promptly to queries and refunds using (Case360/Acurity/CMS/KIMS – SAFs (Normal Benefits, Unemployment Benefits, Death, Medical); Retirement Savings Account/ Housing/ Merge accounts/ Member Detail Update Forms/SMA/Pensions/Statements accordingly via phone and email
- Attending to all Branches & Post NSL Branches accordingly via phone and emails for any correspondences.
- Liaising directly with KISS for payments/exit statements/Contributions/SMS & online
- Liaising with Finance for banking and reconciliations.
- Ensuring batch listings received from KISS is filed accordingly for banking confirmation to members.
We are looking for someone who has;
- A minimum of Diploma in Management, Finance and Business Administration.
- Experience in similar role will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills (both Verbal and Written).
- The attention to detail and a self-starter.
