Papua New Guinea local artists who have recorded with music producer Chin H Meen Supersound over the years will now benefit from royalties from an arrangement between, B-Mobile-Vodafone and CHM.

Bmobile-Vodafone and CHM supersound announced a partnership this week, that will offer local favourites as caller-tunes.
CHM's Music Division Manager, Braden Chin says the trend of doing business in the music industry has changed and they are happy to partner with bmobile-vodafone to promote PNG music.

"We're always looking for new ways to deliver our music to our customers in a way they would want it, which is on their mobile phones, and in a way in which our artists can also benefit from it.
"So this is exactly the type of platform that allows us to do both of these things.
"And so we are proud to be in this partnership and we thank B-mobile-Vodafone for giving us that opportunity."
The partnership will allow subscribers to select from a range of latest and classic PNG songs, as their caller-tune.

Bmobile-Vodafone's, Chief Marketing Officer, Parag Panjwani says they've previously used international songs as their caller-tune, but clients have requested for more local tunes, thus the change. NBC News / PNGTECHNEWS
